Just to understand the question, do you want to call an SAP transaction from your mobile application that is installed on your mobile device??

if you are working with portal SAP system .... simply you can use your mobile internet explorer as same as your normal PC client

but if it is not portal .... you have to install SAP mobile netweaver client to your windows mobile and use any of SAP xApps as MDSD or MAM or develop any application as you want using NW developer studio
