HCM P&F Rules based on INITIATOR_ROLE

Hi,

I have configured the process start in HCM P&F to include both Manager (HRASRB) and HR Administrator (HRASRA). I would like different field configurations for the first step depending on the INITIATOR_ROLE. I believe that Rules would be a good choice for doing this, but I find no INITIATOR_ROLE element in the list. How can I create a rule based on INITIATOR_ROLE?

There seems to be no easy standard way of doing this.
