Hi All!

I am configureg Availability Monitoring with CCMSPING. But some double stack systems reported

Availability: <SID> on <host> -> Java: Checked by CCMSPING.<Host>.<Instance_Number> 0%

and

Instances: <SID> -> <host>_<SID>_<Instance_number>: Java -> Instance Availability 100%

Could anybody help me resolve it?

Thanks a lot,

Alexander

I have seen this behaviour on some of our dual stack environments as well, just after the system was hooked into the availability monitoring. However this cleared automatically after a while, showing 100%.

In the availability monitoring setup in RZ21, have you specified the correct http port for your JAVA message server; 81xx
