Barcode configuration

Dear experts,

I am configuring the barcode specifications for the warehouse.We are using the EAN128 for storage unit labels and EAN13

for Storage bin labels.In the configuration i have added these entries in 'Assign Bar Code Types to Warehouse Numbers'

What more configuration required for the above entries? Do i need to copy all the entries of application identifier of EAN128 to EAN13 and make another entry in 'Maintain Bar Code Specification'?

Also can anyone provide me some notes on Barcode configuration ?

Normally this configuration is not necessary for printing storage unit and bin labels. The barcode type (128 etc.) should be specified directly in the SAPscript form. Or you can use a third party label design tool like Bartender (by seagull scientific) to build the forms using simple drag and drop tools and then export the format and upload directly in the SAPscript form, make a few syntax checks and you are ready to go. Configure the output triggers in OLML or OMSU and you are ready to go..
