When user is giving output for 3 no of copies he is receiving only one copy instead of 3, from printer P550 in AMP. user is able to printout ' n' number of copies in word doc(other than SAP).

What is the Copy Counter setting in the Output Attributes of the printer in txn: SPAD? What is the access method of the printer?
we are using
Access method -- Berkeley protocol(U-type)
