Hi experts,

I have gone through the relevant thread. But I fail to solve the issues for the same scenario below. Pls help. Many thanks.

1. Why hit the message below when running R_VA (backorder processing), no matter whetherI tick the check boxes for checking group 02 in OVZ2?

Is it caused by the storage location that excludes from MRP calculation?

If yes, why R_VA works fine for MTS order in my previous project, i.e., no MRP in MD04? Material master is maintained nearly the same between those 2 SAP projects.

"Check the settings for checking group 02 and checking rule BO Message no. AG588".

2. Except order 1, why outbound delivery cannot be created for other orders when unrestricted stock against the specific storage location is available, & qty is confirmed in sales order? (I manually change the first date to a later date in other orders.)

Suppose one of the orders, say order 3, can be create delivery. U know, 2K stock is still available. However, only order 1 can be created delivery.

MTS Scenario & its background:

material A against storage location A001 - unrestricted stock 2K

only 4 sales orders against storage location A001:

order 1 - qty 1K

order 2 - qty 2K ( create delivery 1K, not PGI)

order 3 - qty 1K

order 4 - qty 1K

Check in OMIH whether you have maintained the required checking rule for your plant. I feel this is missing in your case and hence the error (AG588)
