Deploying Axis adapter

Hi,

We have successfully deployed the Axis adapter jars in our system.When we checked our communication channel it is showing the below error.

failed to initialize: org.apache.axis.ConfigurationException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sap.aii.axis.ra.handlers.security.WSDoAllSender Found in negative cache -
