Here is a scenario for my issue:
We have a custom order entry screen through which sales order is created. For a particular Sales Org, material substitution happens always, if a partucular type of product is offered. It will always have TAPA & Z Item Category viz. ZAN as header item and sub-item respectively but this link gets broken when delivery is getting created and as a result picklist shows wrong quantity.
Kindly suggest why this link is maintained so that it passed from Sales Order to Delivery creation.
