Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System

Hi Team,

I have configured the service desk. Here when I tried to create a message through two ways using

1. Tcode NOTIF_CREATE,

The error : "Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System Message no. BCOS005"

2. Help --> Create Support Message.

The error : "Action Cancelled by User"

Hi Nesimi,

But the note is saying about two clients in SM system. In my case I am using only one client 001 and not at all using anyother client.

When I try to create message its showing the above mentioned error.

Hi

Please check the following to solve the issue

1. Check the RFC connection

2.Check and make sure that number range assigned in SLF1 is 01 in transaction DNO_CUST01

3. Check for dump in ST22 if any.

4.Check the entry in BCOS_CUST table.

Hi Kumar,

The problem is solved.

The problem was with the table. In solution manager system I have given SM_<SID>CLNT001_BACK instead of NONE in the dest. I changed the dest and its working fine.
