Deployment thru DTR: Activation success, but deployment "queued"

Hi Folks,

I am facing one problem in our project.

The scenario is like this :

We don't have SDM configured, so we have to deploy our WD Java applications thru DTR only.

We followed all the steps for activations to DTR correctly, after which Activation Request ID was generated.

In the Activation Requests view, the activation status for this request ID is "succeeded", but deployment status is "queued".

This doesn't change at all.

We restarted the server hoping this may resolve the issue; but the problem persists.

Can you please help us in this regard?

Hi Swapnil,

Even though you deploy your applications through DTR, the applications will be deployed using SDM backstage.

So please check the latest SDM logs and paste the same...

Thanks for ur quick reply

But we don't have permissions to access SDM.

Hence, we can not check the SDM logs.

Can u please tell us some other options?

Hi Swapnil,

You can check the same through CMS. But i feel again you need a NWDI administrator user to do the same. The CMS will fetch the SDM logs.

Else you can ask your administrators to check the latest SDM logs.

I do not see any other options.

I am facing same issue. How to see the logs in CMS?

how can we check the SDM Queue ?
