Is there anyway to update the STAFO fields for old Sales Documents

Hi Forum,

Is there any way to update the STAFO filed in old Order, Delivery and Billing documents, so that these documents also appear in in MCTG/MCSI?

I am facing a silimar issue, only one old order need to be fixed. Didi you end up changing STAFO in se16n? did it work?

Hi,

For invoices I remember that there is a note to populate this field. Check the Note 960053 - Sales statistics: STAFO is missing in billing documents, perhaps it will work for your requirements.

In other cases, I think that it's not possible, but search notes, perhaps you will find any solution.

Thanks for the reply. I am thinking of an alternate solution.I will update the the STAFO field in VBAP, LIPS and VBRP through SE16N. But I am not sure it will create any inconsistencies in the system. I have only 3 orders to be updated in this way.

Please advise me if it will create any issues or inconsistencies.

We are on 4.6C

Hi,

Can you delete them and create them newly? Or are they so older? It it's possible, check data of customers, materials and so on to achieve that STAFO will be populated.

The documents were created in July and August. So I cannot delete them .
