APO Process flow

Hi All,

I am from core Supply chain background recently started to understand SAP APO. Can any one expert in this forum point me to a document which can help me locate a process flow which establishes the demarcation between DP, S&OP, Supply Planning, Master Planning etc etc etc modules or sub-sections in APO. So, that i know which activities takes place where in APO.

If any document available please share.

Appreciate the help from all the APO experts out here.
