problem when import reference data Regions for Vendor

Action items: Map 'Name_English <Split Hierarchy> <Regions>' field value(s)

In Map fields/values tab

I don't know how to do there.

Hi Shen,

You must have run the standard map...right?

You need to do a value mapping for this records.

you can see that 'map' button is gray.

Hi Shen,

You need to go to "Matching records' tab and remove matching field. this will enable your map button. then do a value mapping.

I am sure your problem will get resolved.

HI,

Since you are importing for the first time you have to Add it.

Under Value mapping Select all the values below Name_English go to ADD right click--ADD branch as a Child.It will be added and automapped.

Then select your matching field and do the import.

Hi Shen,

This message indicates that you need to map values of Regions field.

Values of region field can be seen in value Conversion and Mapping section . All the source values must be mapped to equivalent destination values .
