Credit Management and Customer Hierarchy

Hi All,

We are in process to design the Organisation Structure in our Project.

We have an question where I need your expertise. Can we view the credit of a customer if they are all listed under the same customer hierarchy? Basically we need to see the risk of global customers even though they are managed regionally. If we create a customer hierarchy with all the sold-tos from each region would it be possible to view the credit exposure of the overall global customer if using customer hierarchy?Eg. We have a customer 'X' which is maintained at the HIghest Level, but its in US region of Credit Control Area. Similarly we have two levels viz. with 'Y' customer in Europe and one more below as 'Z' customer in APAC. Now all 3 fall under different Credit Control Area (Decentralised). Now if we check for 'X', the credit exposure, will that check totally for Y and Z as well ? If yes, how is this to be done ?

Pls provide valuable inputs.
