Crystal Enterprise is very unstable in prod server - Communication Error

We are using Crystal Enterprise 10 for ad-hoc query in dotnet application. Crystal Enterprise is very stable in UAT Server and is very unstable in Production server. All configuration are same in UAT and Production.<BR><BR>

Please note that all the Crystal Services are running when we get the communication error in application. But if we restart all crystal services and IIS, the ad hoc query works for some time. Then again it shows the communication error.<BR><BR>

Below are EventLog messages from Production server. Please suggest a resolution. Please let me know if you need more info.<BR>
