RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: System received an expired SSO ticket

Hi,

we are having (high avialiblity) db instance and dialogue instance. when i am login to portal using db instance hostname with port no i can run all the report.

but if i login in to dialogue instance hostname with port no if i run any report i am getting belo error. kindly help me.

There might be a few culprits including short lifetime of a logon ticket, different server timezones, error in software component.
