SOAP synchronous

hi experts,

here my scenario is SOAP syschronous.

sender sednig the data using i provided wsdl. but in XI i am notable to receive the messages from there application. i did telnet using threre server IP, sender also did same thing there able to do telnet.

but message is not comming to XI.

they are getting below error:

"Server Error"

how cn i check is that XI errror. sender application error.

problem with SLD

Check if your Sender channel shows any error details....also the payload send by the application should be valid and as per the structure defined in XI/ PI

Yes my sender SOAP communication channel showing error:

iS everything fine when connecting to SLD...SLDAPICUST, SLDCHECK working fine?

Hi ABhi,

I checked SDLCUST and SLDCHECK in XI and receiver crm system.

In XI both SLDCUST and SLDCHECK working fine

Receiver CRM system i did same thing but i am getting error

Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS

Retrieving data from the SLD server...

Function call returned exception code 4

=> Check whether the SLD is running!

Make sure that the connection is maintained properly for the receiver CRM system.....in the SLDAPICUST......if not then you will continue to get the error....the business system is not able to communicate with the SLD.....i assume that you are getting the error in the response section of the message processing.

Then now it is the responsibility of the CRM application to maintain proper connection.....at least XI is not to be blamed here
