How to disable SAP email request for read receipt?

Hi,

We have configured SAP to send out emails on various workflows. However all of the SAP emails are asking for read receipt. How can we disable this request for a read receipt?

Check SCOT -> settings -> Confirmation of Receipt and disable the option.

That might sort the problem

Hi All,

Sort to bump an old thread, but I don't appear to have the option of setting confirmation of receipt within my SCOT menu.  I'm running BW 7.4 so this may be the reason, is anyone aware of where this can be set in BW 7.4?

Hi Chris,

maybe you got this already

start scot

open the navigation on the left side

Business Communication Administration -> Settings -> Outbound Messages ->

double click on "Settings"

open the Tab "Status Requests"

there is one entry

Read Confirmations

mark "Do not request read confirmations generally"

after this all outgoing parts don#t use confirmation requests
