RFC Error

Dear All,

While exporting docuement to cFolders (CFE01)

I am getting below error.

Connection to cFolders failed:

communication_failure: Error when opening an RFC connection.

Please suggest ASAP.

Check your RFC for cFolders in transaction SM59. Click on the Test Service button to see if it is correctly configured. Make sure you are using the right RFC on the document exporting

Check with the firewall settings to heve proper port open/configured for communication, asuming that your cFodlers web app is in a DMZ.
