How to access a transaction execution history

I want to know how can we find out that a particular transaction code has been executed in the past say one month by which user.

You can try to use STAD or SM19 , SM20.

Hi ,

you can follow these instructions.

Step 1: Execute the ST03N

Step 2: Select Expert Mode from the Drop down on The Administrator Icon

Step 3: Double-click the sever name to expand and get the details

Step 4: Scroll down using the up/down scroll about on the left of the screen and select the

appropriate month.

Step 5: Double-click the selected month

Step 6: Expand the User and settlement Statistics option and Double-click User Profile

Step 7: Find the user for whom you want to get the list of Tcodes executed in a stipulated period

Step 8: List of T. Codes executed by the user

Thanks for the reply. The process that you have told is for finding the transactions executed by a user.

Is there any way to find out which all user executed a particular transaction? I mean we enter a Tcode for which we want the record and we get a list of users that accessed that transaction in a particular period of time.

To certain extend we can drill further to find more details

Being in Transaction Profile-> Standard

In the right side pane -> Choose Task Type-> Select type of transaction you want to track

For example DIALOG, this list all transactions for type DIALOGtransactions

Select the transaction -> Double Click on it-> Popup shows all users who have executed same transaction

Hi

There are 2 aspects for your question and you got to find the corresponding details based on user & transaction specific

Transaction Specific

a. ST03N

b. Select the Month

c. Under Analysis View

d. Expand Transaction Profile

e. Select Standard

f. On the right pane of the window - you can click on transaction/report/program name->Double Click on any of these entries to find details of specific entry...

User Specific

a. Follow the same steps untill C

b. Expand the User and settlement Statistics option

c. Double-click User Profile

d. Find the user for details that you are looking for

e. Double Click on your finding -> the popup gives you all that user + transaction specific details
