In WebDynpro it's not possible.
In Portal you can completely change its look-and-feel, manipulate with images, colors, fonts, etc.

I don't think it can be done in WDJ.
Maybe something can be done on the portal end.

Changing the theme can help maybe but I do not know how to go about that
