Customer Master Reserved Fields

Hi Experts

I have a requirement where we need to use the additional data reserved fields in customer master,

my question is can we change the field status of these reserved fields, if possible how.

Hi,

You cant change the field status of these fields using OBD2

you have to make some change in the program to do that

Try with this User Exit

As you know, Customer reserve fields used for additional information purpose.

Can you provide your complete requirement? What you want to do with these fields? Why do you want to change the field status?

We are using these fields to hold some key customer information and we wanted to mark these fields as REQUIRED.
