Hello all ,

Can you pls explain certificate of quality assurance ( COA ) ??? Is it differnet than quality certificate ??

Dear Prerna

COA or certificate of analysis is the quality certificate given to customer along with the product dispatch. SAP supports this concept and is available very much in the standard

COA certifies the quality of the goods. The chemical or physical properties of the goods can be recorded through inspection results and characteristic of the batch

pls tell em the Tcode , also where we get the reports(tcode)

There is no differenec. They are both set up the same using QC01 to create the profile. In config you can define certificate types. The form defined in the certificate profile header is what determines how the cert looks like and what's on it. That determines what kind of certificate it is.
