Alerts from AS2 adpter

Hi,

We are using AS2 adapter to communicate with our B2B partner. We are successfully tested the File --> PI --> AS2 scenario and we are receiving MDN back as configured. Is there a way to trigger/generate e-mail alert based on the MDN message??

hi,

Yes, You can send alerts.

The MDN format is "DtReport" which content is known.

Then you need to need to create an scenario to process the MDN, "Sender Reports Channel" to email(for example).

Also in your receiver As2 you to choose "Refer MDN to XI system" in Handle received MDN.

1) In receiver As2, we have selected "Refer MDN to XI system" in Handle received MDN

2) Configured sender AS2 Reports channel

3) And generating file with any mapping

So in step-3 we could read the content and then send an email if there is any error, right??
