Quality Certification via e-mail

Hello,

I try to send quality certification via e-mail, but it does not work. Customizing setting are done, the message (send via mail) is found, the state of the message is "green" but there is no outgoing message in Transaction SCOT.

Who could help?

thank you for the answer.

But this could be the second problem. The first problem I have is to create the message. To print the certification works but to send does not work. Not to business workplace not to an external mail recipient.
