Maintenance Optimizer not working.

Hi,

When we create a new transation in Maintenance Optimizer, under first

step (Plan Maintenace - Calaulate download files automatically) earlier

it used to show two options :-

1- Maintenance

2- Enhancement Package Installation.

But now for some unknown reasons these two options are not being

displayed and because of this we are not being able to calculate queue

for Enhancement Package EHP4.

Hi All,

Thanks all of your reply. I got the solution, the problem was with SAP side i, the authorization was removed with my S USer. SAP has given the authorization and now I am able to see these button.

Hi Anil,

This error is coming because you have registered your system as ECC system in SMSY. You have to register as ERP system in SMSY. Then you will be able to see these functions.

Hi Anil,

which product did you select? With ECC product version it does not work, please select a logical component with ERP product. Please also check SAP note 1322259.
