Carry out sourcing -problems

Hi,

1) In my Carry out sourcing screen - the work area is blacked out

create purchase order,creat auction,create bid invitations etc are blacked out.

How to activate that.

roles are assigned :SAP_EC_BBP_ST_PURCHASER

2. I have created a P.R in ECC . It is in EBAN Table : With the help of BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER i am transferring

from ECC to SRM . The P.R is not displayed in the Worklist in the Sourcing.

What are the config to be done in SRM . In the Function tab in the Attribute I have assigned the Compnay code,P.Org and P.Group for my user.

Please give your view anything is missed out

hi Muthu,

The P.R from ECC is not getting transferred to SRM that is why i am asking

whether the settting (config) in SRM is correct .

Moreover the Work area is blacekd out

When you run this report

BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER

no of pr transfered - 1

you might get or not?

before that did you check eprtrans table - is your pr present before you run the report?

if transfered sc would have created . check slg1 .smq1,smq2 logs

so your PR did not sit in EPRTRANS table.

is your PR released . in EBAN table EPROFILE parameter must be set. then only you can transfer.

IMY P.R is there in the EBAN table .When i carry our trasnfer , I am getting the message

PR transferred = ZERO

Hi Muthu,

I have done the following

1. Entry into TABLE= V_T160PR

2. Entry into TABLE =V_T160EX

Created a P.R in ECC 6.0 .The P.R no is sitting in EPRTRANS table.

Within Minute even before the program run BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER it is disappearing from the

table.

I am not able to found the P.R in SRM Web browser in Carry out sourcing screen in the Worklist.

Moreover all the tabs are Blacked out

without profile setting in the PR . EPRTRANS will not not your PR entry.

run this reportRM06BZ10 in ECC

it will create EPOFILE in EBAN table if you dont have any source of supply in ECC.

then EPRTRANS -pr will be available and then you can transfer this PR to Sc.

EPROFILE -FIELD NAME W.R.T PR.

TYPE PR NO AND SEE WHAT IS THE VALUE OF EPROFILE FIELD W.R.T YOUR PR.

hi Muthu,

Thanks . I have done the following in ECC 6.0

1. all the tables entries are there in TBE11,TBE31,TBLSYSDEST, V_T160PR,V_T160EX.

Created a P.R. It sits in Table :EPRTRANS table Exectued the BBP..Transfer

But still it is not getting transferred.

In my SRM portal screen all the areas are balcked out. Any config i am missing

in SRM , sc must be created for this PR

after running this report you might get no of transfer
