Hi ,
My session gone for network interruption/ or sudden reboot of pc(presentation server) . But when I try to login to SAP server, it showing that another session is running. We can continue / close previous session. But if I continue the previous session, I cannot see it. How to recover it / see the window? Can anybody help me ?

You can't recover. Simply choose close previous and continue. BTW, I would check lock/update entries just on safe side.

The only method that i could think of - goto TaskManager->Check for services->Check if any 'saplgpad.exe' service is running?
If so, then you can get into the corresponding entry in the 'Application' Tab ->go to popup window->select Switch To
Yes, it's natural behavior at times if you are disconnected from network, or only logoff kind of times you get this issue.

Actually the popup related to the multiple logon which also relating with the license violation if you do multi logon using the same user-id in the system.
Here the different case because, the user was logon but terminal was disconencted therefore, he get alert of Multple logon.
