License expiration while the license exists

Dear all,

I have an error of license expiration although i installed the permanent license and the maintenance license. i could not delete them from the t-code slicense it is saying no matching keys found. i can not delete from the os level also it says "can not find specified license"

can someone tell me how to solve this?

I solved the problem i again requested the key from SAP marketplace i install it again and this time it worked although i put the same fields. some time i think they send wrong license :<

i deleted the license from Database level. however when i install the license file i got from SMP using t-code slicense the expiration date didn't change.

i want to install license for ides BW 7.0 i am using license of Netweaver_DB6

I checked the logs of Dev_w0 nothing is there in the time i installed the license

there is an old line "no valid license found"

why not you try to clean restart the system after deletion of license at DB level, and make sure your license request is correctly, as per hardware key, installation no, etc

If possible, spend some time review SAP Note 94998 and 870871

if you use oracle, you can logon via sqlplus and perform the db query

if you use ms sql, you can use query analyser/Enterprise manager

Why not you check from DB level.

Old License -> MLICHECK table

New License -> SAPLIKEY table

the best is delete everything from table level, and install a new permanent license via SLICENSE transaction when logon as sap* (user sap* will bypass license check)
