which is the possible scenario where adobe forms can be used in sap .

Hello,

only the minor use of forms is for printing. It helps the developer to create a print layout which makes the development faster and it can be done by a skilful user too (my experience).

It can be used as the advanced layout tool for a online/ webdynpro application. This way the user is always connected to the SAP system and exchange the data with system at real time.

it can be used as a "digital paper" with no connection to SAP system too. the offline interactive forms can be used to create/ change data from backend by the user with no or limited connection to SAP. can be used to optimize licences of the users to SAP (most of the licence abilites not used mostly) where the expensive SAP licence is replaced by a cheaper adobe licence.

it can be used as a web services interface too.

you can use Adobe forms instead of any other print form you are currently using. Is your comp printing invoices? Well, you can create your own Adobe invoices.

HR forms, taxforms, pick lists... literally any kind of printout you need from SAP, you can generate through Adobe.
