SESSION_REFRESH does not create EWA task

We are trying to manually trigger an EWA report.

The "Refresh Session" task in target system usually creates an EWA session but its not happening in our case.

Can anyone let us know how to resolve this?

Hi Prasad,

Is it just the Manually created EWA or ALL sessions which are not replicated in SDCCN for the satellite system ?

Try running a Service Definition refresh as detailed in note 727998 on Solution Manager and then on the satellite system. This might help resolve the issue.

Thanks Amit. When we tried implementing your note, it didnt workout and said that the database stats were not up-to-date. After we rectified it and implemented your note, it worked.
