Quantity of subsequent document in VBFA table appearing as zero

Dear All,

We have a return order with reference to which we have created a Replacement order to return material to customer against defective material received from him. Surprisingly in VBFA table the subsequent document quantity for the replacement order is appearing as zero even though actually the replacement order has 121 nos. as quantity. Can you please tell why the value in VBFA for subsequent document quantity for this item is appearing as zero when actually it is not zero.

Kindly take the help of ABAPer and find out why the technical Inadequacy is coming into picture with reference to VBFA table.
