Hi Experts,

We are recently implementing BCS in SAP R/3 4.7 Version. I am very gladful ,if any experts clarify the my quires.

1 ) Is it required to assign commitment Item for Every GL account ?

2 ) How can we control capital expenditure with using of BCS ?

3 ) What is the commitment item budget ,how it is useful in BCS ?

Please clarify !

Hi,

1. Yes, but not necessary that every commitment item is relevant for budget

2. Please, specify... You can control your budget with setting AVC profiles and derivation strategies

3. Commitment item is FM object. The budget is put on combination of FM objects; at least fund centre and commitment item.
