Not able to change Insp. Plan Operations and Characteristics

I am executing QP02 to change inspection plan i.e. in Change mode. However, I can only change the change header information. When I go to operations page it's grayed out...no editable fields..all only display. Same for Inspection Characteristics..can only display them but not change any fields.

What can be the reason and how to mitigate it.

I am sure I have all necessary access and not suspecting the authorization issue.

The operation could be a reference operation which would only be maintainable under QP12.

Hi

Still I would suggest after executing QP02 ,open another session and check in SU53,is there any issue related to autherization.
