Is there any option or report in GRC AC tools which will show that there was a risk and it has been mitigated and who has mitigated the risk.

Dear Parthasarathy,
I hope that the risk analysis report in Compliance Calibrator or RAR with the input option "Include Mitigation" set as "Yes" will provide the risk along with its Mitigation.
If no mitigation appears in this report it means that no Mitigation has been designed for that risk.
