GRC 5.3 RAR - system crash when i attempt to mitigate user

looking for advise to track down this problem. I have crashed GRC AC 5 times. Each time seems to be when I start to enter a mitigated user. my basis group can restart and I can use GRC but each time I attempt to mitigate a user the system crashes requisiring a restart.

what logs or information can I look at to start to diagnose the problem?

Can you try to create some new control id/risk id..? do you get the same error ..?

or is it only happening when you are doing user mitigation..?

crash occurs when starting to mitigate a user to a specific control. I will try creating a new control and see if I get the same results. check back Monday. going to use the rest of the day to do full risk analsyis jobs.

system crashed again backing out of backgound job search. reporting to SAP

Reporting to SAP is probably a good idea.

Have you tried using the debugger functionality to see if you get any java errors?

It maybe a system parameter with either memory limits or something along those lines.
