Shopping cart is not transfered to Backend

Former Member

Hello,

I have read a lot of very similar topics. but I think all these topics are one step ahead.

System Backend 4.6C with Plug In for SRM

SRM Server 4.0 EBP

Classic scenario

I can create a shopping cart without any problems.

I think I have made all settings in customizing for transaction type. e.g I create the corresponding documente types in R/3 and have a quite look for the settings of the number ranges.

the whole monitoring says - there is no problem. shopping cart is approved and waiting for transfer.

But nothing happened in Backend System.

Is there a special setting for transfering the carts to r/3 ? Do I need a further worklow ? Batch Job ?

Thank you for help.

Regards

Uwe

Hi Uwe,

1-Did you check in transaction BBP_PD to check messages as well as document number system has allocated ?

2-Also did you manage PR (if incomplete SC) and PO number range in the backend ?

3- Did you set the ALE distribution ? Did you test the RFC connection ? RFC user with enough authorization ?

Kind regards,

Yann

Hello Yann,

when checking BBP_PD - there are no alerts at all.

only the status - "position in tranfer process".

I also custoize the number ranges correct.

Which entry in ALE distribution is necessary ?

it seems to me that I forgot anything setting to transfer the shopping carts ?

The RFC connection is working correct. The user in backend system have all sap authorities.

thank you for another answer.

Hi Uwe,

I don't know whether it will help fully.

But just have a look at the following thread:

Hello,

I think this will help me in further steps. Now I have found a message.

I activate the BADI Implemantatio for pricing without ipc in classic szenario.

But now when i got a system log message "creating po is not possibile without ipc.

I think - First I have to look after this problem. I have done the setting like descriped in note 539720. But it is not working correctly.

Do you have an idea for that ?

thank you

Hi Uwe,

Are you sure that your whole configuration is set up correctly to create classic po in the backend as the error message let us think that the system is trying to create a local PO where ipc is mandatory.

Please confirm

Kind regards,

Hello Dinesh,

thank you for your help.

The job is working correctly.

The Table you mentioned is empty.

I have have created the shopping carts and all alert monitors are green but no transfer was started.

Do you have another idea ?

Is there a possibility to do the transfer manually ?

thanks

Uwe
