Device type (ZA00U012vvv (Unicode)) for NRG printer

Hi,

As per the note 1021922, I'm trying to find the device type ZA00U012vvv (Unicode) to upload into my sap system but i could not find this one.

can any one please let me know that path to down load this device type.

Hi,

Is NRG not the same as RICOH ? in that case:
