CUP 5.3 - Requestor and Managers Email Address not pulling in

Good day Chaps.

My client will be using SAPHR to Authenticate. The Reports to (A002) relationship has been maintained on the SAP HR Org Structure.

When the Requestor creates a CUP request, his/her Line Managers details is populated. The challenge that I have is that the email address of the requestor (mandatory field) and the manager are not pulling through.

The infotype 0105 subtype 0010 (email) is maintained on the backend. Any thoughts of why it is not working?

Good day all.

It seems that the issue was internal. The SAP HR admin was using infotype 0105 subtype MAIL. The correct subtype is 0010 (email)

What's your user data source - if it's the HR system, is the email in the users user master record (SU01)?

Yes, my User Data Source for Search Data Source and User Details Data Source is SAPHR.

Michael,

As Frank said, have you checked that the SU01 email address field is populated.

Make sure that the email is specified as either INT or RML as well.

Yeah, I double checked, SU01 Email is maintained and the Comm. Method is RML. Any other toughts?
