Adding Text in Email

Dear Guru's

I want to know how can we add personal statement as a default at the time of sending PO via Email. (Medium is External Send)

Hello,

Can you elaborate please? What do you mean by personal statement? Are you trying to add to the attachment, email body or subject line?

Currently when user gets email its like this

In subject R3D12706-1:PO number: 4500000236

I want only PO number only.

In body:

The Mail Attachment Contains the Print File Created by User RMASOOD , with Number 12706-1 from SAP System R3D .

To Print the Data, Open the Mail Attachment with a Suitable Program and Print the Document.

I want any other statement as default not this how can i do this.
