Inspection lot creation frequency ?

Hi Experts,

There is one scenario in my project...

Inspection lot should not be created for all the Incoming GR. It should be created on some frequency like(at every 5th GR).

Its not related to any Inspection severity.

Please suggest how to map this scenario.

Hi

This problem can be solved by using DMR at lot level creation.

1.Create DMR on Lot creation.

2.Keep the logic of 1 inspect & 5 skips.

3.Apply this DMR in task list header.

4.Also maintain the vendor for which you want to skip the lot in "Material assignment" of task list..

5.Now As soon as lot will created it will flow to unrestricted.

6.for Auto UD of the Lot

In QA16 create a variant

in QA17 Run the variant.

Also at plant level maintain the maximum skip duration.

I hope this will fit in your process.
