Updating IDM 7.1 Runtime Components

Hi,

We have installed IdM 7.1 SP00 in a 64 bit windows machine. Recently we updated design time components and Virtual directory server to SP3. But the support packs for runtime components are available only for Win32 bit.

Can I use the available 32 bit files and update the runtime components or leave it without updating?

If I leave without updating, will it create any trouble because other components are at SP3?

Dear Tamil,

we also have a 64-bit machine in our environment.you have to install the 32-bit packages.

I used the 64 bit exe file to insatll runtime components. Is it good to use the 32 bit file to update to SP3?

Did you installed a Kerberos server???
