urgently RFC destination?

Hi, everyone:

the RFC destination has been created in XI sm59, but the error happened when i try to test 'remote logon' the target system,it says:'user and password is incorrectly', but i can log on using the same user and password by SAPGUI,and i try to use the other user or user types,but the same error is happened.

The target system is BW on ECC6.0. XI is unicode system, but Bw is not. I think if the ECC6 has troubles,How about u?

so i have no idears, help me?

Are you able to Test the connection in SM59->Specific RFC Destination->Test Connection?
