CCMS Alert auto-reaction

Hi,

I want to have two different auto-reaction methos for same alert .

One method will send mail for Yellow alert .

Another method will send SMS fro red alert .

How can I define this two auto-reaction method for two different alert levels /

Please advice .

Found this is not possible in 4.6C. IN Netweaver it is possible using the method highlighted above.

But I did not find any mechanism to assign tow diferent auto-reaction methods for Red and yellow alert .

Any input ?

As far as I know is not possible to assign 2 different auto-reaction methods to the same MTE

Hello,

Use Method definition CCMS_TRIGGER_AUTO_REACTIONS from RZ21. Copy this to your own name and then in the Parameters tab you can assign the Parameter name and Parameter value for multiple Auto reaction methods.
