Hi All,

I created a contract in VA41 and Service Order in IW31 how to link this both, however i have assigned WBS in Service Order.

My RRB process is running perfectly fine with Service Order my only doubt is how to link the contract with Service Order, any customization we need to maintain ?????

When i click on the document flow of Service Order or Contract i only miss both linking together.

what is the best and better way to do this ? please explain !

Thanks in Advance

Regards'

Syed

Hi Syed,

In transaction OIOL, we have a link between service order and sales document type(Orders/contracts).

Hence we assign the servcie order to the contract type and there is the link .

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Preethi,

Thanks Preethi I could solve this question on my own effort with the following steps.

First we should have an order which should not be an Revenue bearing element.

Then maintain the sales data in Iw31 under Extra Sales.

In the service tab of Header you can link you contract number.

Preethi in OIOL when we click the service tick it will allow you to do RRB.

I Thanks all for your valuable input.

Hi,

In OIM9 transaction code you will assign the SERVICE ORDER TO SALE ORDER TYPE.

thanks,

Hi Santosh,

OIM9 used for special parameter for Notification and Sales order, in my case i'm not using this part.

Thanks for your suggestion.
