What is "Text Processing" in S&D? Kindly explain.

Hi,

T. Code VOTX is used to setup the text determination.

You can maintained the text at different level of transaction and master data, line in sales order you can maintained the text at header level and item level. Based upon configuration settings system will copy the text in subsequent documents like from sales order to delivery or sales order to invoice.

The condition technique will work here to maintain the text.

Text type assign to text procedure.

Access sequence assign to text type.

Text procedure will be assign to document type in configuration.

Text you will be maintained time of processing.

Text will contain any information as you linked to maintain.
