Is there any sizing document available for XI?

I am looking for info on migration efforts - say from BC or something like that in general.

Or are you looking transporting one objects from one XI Environment to Another XI environment?

If so, there is a transportation Mechanism in XI..

Is it from XI2.0 to XI3.0 ? Or something else..

Any ways the source system is a non sap system and target is sap and it is XI3.
