Viewing programs in SE80 is finished with damp

Former Member

Hallo, Colleagues!

There is a some strange behavior of ABAP. When the damp appeared (damp - SYNTAX_ERROR) there is no way to look throught the program, all attempts in SE80 finished with this damp again. And this is with all the programs(I cant view it in SE80) . It seems that ABAP is fallen down. Are there any ways to repair it?

Thanks in advance.

Good day!

This error appeared again, during installing another system (Solution Manager 7.0) when we installed packages SAPKITL427, SAPKB70016. Interesting, that SAPKA70016, SAPKU50012 were installed succesfully.

Here is the text of dump:

All notes related to this issue seems to point to earlier issues that should be fixed with the SAP_BASIS patch that you currently have. I think you should open an OSS message to SAP.
