Delivery Status is "TO BE Delivered"

Hi,

I have done file to file scenario. The process is taking input but not getting file into output folder.

I read some docs and found that this is problem with Message Server.

What should I do to get the output.

Hi,

Check the messaging system logs...by using the below link

http://host:port/MessagingSystem/ and check the logs of your receiver message ...

also check was there any system error messages in the PI server...

Did you check the status of your receiver Communication channel in RWB?

Hi Abhishek,

I can see only one entry in RWB that is for Sender System with Success status. I have seen following entries...

1. RWB - > Message Monitoring - > Adapter Engine -> (only one message )

Message Status is Successful for Sender Business System

1. RWB - > Message Monitoring - > Integration Engine -> (only one message )

Message Status is TO BE Delivered for Sender Business System

Please let me know is there any other place to see the error messages.

RWB --> Component Monitoring --> Adapter Engine --> Communication Channel Monitoring --> Select the receiver channel and check the status.

Also check for any error message in SXMB_MONI .... what is the status of the queue in SXMB_MONI?

I have selected RWB --> Component Monitoring --> Adapter Engine -->

but I ddn't see Communication Channel Monitoring button there.

I have only Repeat Ping, Repeat Self-Test, Security Achiving, Background Processing and Adapter Monitoring buttons there

I have selected Adapter Monitoring and then File Adapter. I can see the message for the receiver communication channel like

"No message processing until now"

Let me know why I am not getting Communication Channel button

Hi,

Go to SXMB_MONI in SAP GUI of PI server and check the status of your message there

Is the message showing chequered flag or not ..check that ..if message is success here then it will go to the reciever channel..

in your case looks like message is still in INtegration engine (SXMB_MONI..)

Hi,

I would assume that your message is stuck in a queue on the integration engine and that is causing the status "To be delivered". Release the queue, or delete/fix the message which is blocking the queue (check tx SMQ1 and SMQ2) and the messages in the queue will be processed.

I have seen in SXMB_MONI but I can see only one entry of Sender System with green color.

This problem with only File Adapter or Receiver.

I have done SOAP to RFC and it's working fine.

What might be the reason for getting this problem with File Adapter at receiver side.

Hi,

Ensure that your FILE RECEIVER channels are in 'MANUAL' mode instead of 'AUTOMATIC' mode.If ther are in 'Automatic' mode then change them to 'Manual' and then re-send your msgs which are in 'ToBeDelivered' status...you can find them passing out successfully from Message Server of Xi.
