Hi All,

I am sending workitems to external email addresses. On Clicking the link given in the email, SAP GUI shortcut - logon pad popup asking login credentials and on entering the same, the login fails saying 'Client is not available in this system ' .

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this or where do i need to maintain this client ?

Thanks in advance.

Do this people have access to the system?... I presume that if they open the workitem in an environment that they have no access to the system the workitem makes reference to you're most likely going to get an error.

Found this article on the wiki, it migh be useful

Thanks for the quick reply.\

All users have sap access and even they have SAP GUI installed on their system.

Hello,

In the SAPGUI shortcut have you mentioned the correct client?

Please check the settings by selecting the system in the SAP Logon pad and then click on 'Change Item'.

Do you get the logon screen when you give the userid and password? I guess you should get the normal logon screen which we use to login after giving the client, user id and Password.
